HOUSE RULES ABSTRACT

 

  • The guest is obligated to present and leave any appropriate valid document ( passport, ID..) at the reception desk immediatelly upon arrival.

  • The guest may occupy the room/bed from 13.00 on the day of arrival untill 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure unless it has been agreed otherwise.

  • Guest is obliged to check out at the reception desk by 11.00 a.m. on the last day of his/her stay and to leave the room by 11.00 a.m.

  • If  a guest stays in the room after 11.00 a.m. he/she will pay 50% of the price of daily accommodation, without possibility of further stay in the hostel.

  • Room/bed can be rented for the daily rest in from 11.00 a.m. until 18.00 a.m.

  • Use of hostel facilities is permitted only to those guests which were appropriately checked in at the hostel reception desk.

  • All hostel premises ( except guestrooms, bathrooms and toilets) are under 24hour surveillance.

  • Smoking is permitted only in common area of the hostel. Smoking is not permitted in hostel rooms.

  • Animals are not permitted in the hostel.

  • Flammable materials, materials with strong and unpleasant odour, narcotics, weapon etc.are strictly forbidden.

  • Guests may keep their valuables (money, personal documents, jewelery etc.) in the hostels  safe. Otherwise, the hostel will not take the responsibility in case of loss, damage or stealing.

  • Use of TV sets, computer and playing music is permitted only if it doesn't disturb other guests.

  • Use of heaters, irons and similar devices is not permitted in the rooms.

  • It’s not permitted to take the inventory outside the hostel.  

  • Guest is obliged to pay for any damage that was made, accidentally or on purpose.

  • Guest is obliged to report any damage or defect on the inventory and equipment in the room or bathroom.

  • If the guest doesn’t act in accordance with the house rules hostel will suspend futher use of hostel services and facilities.

  • Beginning  of the use of the accommodation means that the guest is familiar with hostel rules and that he has agreed with them.

  • Hostel will resolve all disputes in guest-hostel relationhip in agreement with the guest or tourist agency and in spirit of good will. Hostel is going to address the police or authorized court in Belgrade, if that is not possible.
